Raintree Vacation Club feels the best way to make sure that we are providing extraordinary vacation experiences to our Members is to get feedback directly from our Members themselves. We value what you have to say and we want you to know that your comments are very important to us.

Members receive a Post-Call survey following each call our Members make to a Raintree Vacation Guide and a Post-Stay survey once they have checked out from one of the Raintree resorts. We send these surveys via email so that you have an opportunity to let us know what your experience was like. The information we receive helps us ensure that our Members’ questions, comments, or issues are heard, addressed and/or resolved as soon as possible.
