It’s spring and with that always comes change.

At Raintree, we are also starting to see some changes. We are pleased to tell you that we have begun making some renovations and improvements at the resort properties with the money collected from the special assessment. In this issue we have included some information on the updates that are currently underway, and we will continue to update you in future publications on the progress of these improvements so you can enjoy them firsthand at the resorts.
