Maintenance Fees

As a reminder, your contract states that Maintenance Fees must be paid and Raintree Vacation Club account must be in current standing in order to complete a reservation and check-in. If you are unsure if your account has been paid or is in current standing, feel free to contact a Raintree Vacation Guide to verify your account status.
